With this call, with the contributions of TÜBİTAK BİLGEM Artificial Intelligence Institute, it is aimed to use the know-how and technology formed in universities/public research centers and institutes in the field of artificial intelligence within the cooperation model determined by the organizations in Turkey, to transform them into innovative products and solutions that meet the needs in the field of Artificial Intelligence, and to implement the project outputs in Turkey.

Ecosystem Call Application Process
Idea Generation
Project ideas targeting innovative solutions based on R&D in the field of Artificial Intelligence should be created by the needing organization (customer organization) and/or technology provider company. It should be aimed to facilitate the integration of artificial intelligence-based solutions to be developed in the field of finance into the financial system. In the field of Intelligent Production Systems, artificial intelligence-based solutions should be targeted thanks to the point of digital transformation in the industry and model factories in the industry. Due to the increasingly critical importance of food supply and safety in the field of Smart Agriculture, Food and Livestock, artificial intelligence-based solutions should be targeted. It should be aimed to develop artificial intelligence technologies in order to predict and take necessary measures to reduce disasters caused by climate change.
Consortium Formation
A consortium will be formed to meet the needs of the Client Organization. This consortium will present an Artificial Intelligence based R&D project to TEYDEB. At least the following stakeholders in the structure of the consortium to apply for the project should be: 1. Client Organization (Large-scale organization or SME) 2. Technology Provider SME 3. Technology provider university research laboratory / center or public research centers / institute 4. Artificial Intelligence Institute 5. As an associate a public institution (optional)

The cooperation protocol template given in the call announcements is filled and signed by the consortium members in line with the scope of the project.

Consortium Structuring

In the application principles of the program; TÜBİTAK BİLGEM Artificial Intelligence Institute, the private sector organization referred to as the Main Stakeholder Organization and at least one university and at least one SME referred to as the Stakeholder Organization to be determined by it will sign a Cooperation Agreement. It is important that a public institution is also included as a Stakeholder/Associate Organization.

Ecosystem Interactions

Competence Centers

- It enables the creation of research teams by bringing together researchers working in different research departments.
- Competence centers carry out the necessary coordination for the research departments to coordinate their work.
- It is aimed that these centers will work together with the stakeholders to determine the focus areas and be used for pre-competitive cooperation.
- It is aimed that external stakeholders will establish communication and cooperation with field-oriented Competence centers instead of directly communicating with research departments, creating an advantage in terms of collaborations to be established.

Business Analysis Unit

TÜBİTAK BİLGEM Artificial Intelligence Institute's Business Analysis Unit, consisting of expert business analysts and data analysts, will actively participate in the projects to define and perform the business analysis activities needed in the projects to be supported under the call.
It will produce outputs that will be inputs to the requirements analysis and design processes of projects and disseminate estimation metrics, achievements and lessons learned from similar work across projects.
Research Departments

Research Departments are units that focus on the sub-technologies of artificial intelligence and develop core technologies in this specialized area. Research Departments consist of the following;
- University research laboratories/centers
- Public research centers/institutes
- Initiatives
- Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
The Institute's partner Research Departments are actively involved in projects, developing key technologies
and solutions needed to solve relevant real-world problems.
