MİS - Message Operating System

It is an integrated communication system developed nationally to meet the needs of national and NATO tactical field military messaging. MIS consists of client and server components that can work together or separately.

DSS - Directory System Server

Directory System Server (DSS) is a nationally developed directory server that aims to keep corporate user and certificate information at different levels in a reliable and consistent hierarchical structure and to present them in an uninterrupted, up-to-date and secure manner. The server provides quick access to this information in organizations that contain organizations, units, users and devices structured according to a certain hierarchy. DSS enables the implementation of high-level security policies, so that access and message exchange authorizations of users with different security levels can be determined in corporate use.

DSS has been developed according to international standards, taking into account national needs (military and institutional). Full compliance with ITU X.500, which is the most comprehensive set of standards created for directory systems, is also provided with LDAP, a more simplified directory access protocol. In this way, it can work with different military or commercial directory applications. Since DSS is a national product that does not contain commercial components, it can be quickly customized in line with corporate needs.

Safir Mail (KurumNet)

Safir Posta (Mail) is a productivity solution that combines secure e-mail exchange, instant messaging, video conferencing, calendar and task tracking functions. In the development process of Safir Posta, the product family developed entirely with national resources, international standards were complied with, while at the same time national needs were taken into account. Safir Posta includes many integrated software components. "Message Transfer Server" in accordance with SMTP/IMAP/POP3 standards, which is responsible for transmitting and maintaining e-mails between users, "Directory System Server" in accordance with LDAP standard where user information is stored centrally, and "Messaging Client" that allows end users to prepare and view e-mails ” (web, Outlook and desktop versions available) are key components.

It has the features of CalDAV server and shareable calendar environment that implements the iMIP standard, live chat system via XMPP, integration ability with various video conferencing systems, multi-factor authentication, and platform independent operation. It allows signed and encrypted messaging between users.

Safir Posta provides security functions such as strong authentication, line security, access control, audit logging and message security. In addition, functions such as backup, recovery from backup and business continuity are supported through server components that can be centrally managed remotely. In addition to these capabilities, it has the capability to send signed/encrypted messages in integration with the MA3 product family (ESYA, Dirak HSM) developed by TÜBİTAK BİLGEM.

(SGE) Cyber Security Institute

The Cyber Security Institute, which was established to carry out studies to increase the national cyber security capacity, carries out research and development activities in the field of cyber security; carries out solutions-oriented projects for military institutions, public institutions and organizations and the private sector.

The main fields of activity of our institute, which has made a significant contribution to the creation of cyber security knowledge and tactical infrastructure in our country with many successful projects to date, are secure software development, penetration tests and vulnerability analysis.

(IZE) Artificial Intelligence Institute

Artificial Intelligence Institute is the first institute established within the scope of TUBITAK centers and institutes, which cuts the sectors and research fields horizontally and focuses directly on the emerging technology field. Competence Centers

MILSEC 4 - Secure IP Terminal


While the MİLSEC-4 terminal offers an up-to-date solution for next-generation secure communication (voice, data and video) in IP networks, it provides an uninterrupted communication service by maintaining the compatibility of secure voice communication in PSTN networks with PSTN secure phones in use.

Configuration, surveillance and software update processes of MILSEC-4 terminals are carried out securely remotely using the Security Management Center (GYM). MİLSEC-4 terminal is capable of IP Network Key Loading (IPAAY) through secure communication with GYM without the need for an additional device.

MİLSEC-4 terminals are interoperable with MİLSEC-1A and MİLSEC-2 phones and offer the opportunity to replace MİLSEC-1A and MİLSEC-2 phones without interruption in the gradual transformation of PSTN networks to next generation IP networks.
