Advanced Technologies Research Institute (İLTAREN) is an institute affiliated to TÜBİTAK BİLGEM, which was established in its Ankara campus to conduct research and develop technologies in the field of Electronic Warfare (EW). It develops system prototypes and hardware and software related to these systems in the field of EW, EW laboratories with simulators and open field EW Test and Evaluation infrastructures, software and hardware in the field of EW. It also provides engineering support to the forces in the field of electronic warfare at offices in Ankara and Konya.

Who We Are

Advanced Technologies Research Institute (ILTAREN) performs the tasks of conducting research on all kinds of software, hardware and equipment in the field of Electromagnetic Warfare, developing technologies and prototypes, creating methods and processes for developing and evaluating EW techniques and tactics, creating infrastructures for testing, measurement, analysis and evaluation activities for EW systems, and conducting scientific research in related fields of activity.

EW Consulting Services

Our institute provides consultancy services for different applications in line with the expertise and experience it has gained through its studies to determine the performance of radar, communication, infrared systems and platforms under different conditions.

It has developed various theoretical and applied training programs and gives regular training to different institutions and organizations with its expert staff.

Infrared Trace Measurement Services

Infrared trace measurement analyzes are performed in different bands for the platform and heat flares, and then the results are reported.

EW Event Analysis Services

Within the scope of the platform's self-protection, studies are carried out with simulation and open field infrastructures for the evaluation of different EW techniques and tactics.

Education

Need-based training services are provided to domestic and foreign force commands and defense industry companies in areas such as General Electronic Warfare concepts, RF/EW Systems, Infrared EW Systems, EW Simulations, RF/IR Guided Missiles, RF/IR Countermeasure Systems.

MILSEC 4 - Secure IP Terminal

SAFE IP TERMINAL

While the MİLSEC-4 terminal offers an up-to-date solution for next-generation secure communication (voice, data and video) in IP networks, it provides an uninterrupted communication service by maintaining the compatibility of secure voice communication in PSTN networks with PSTN secure phones in use.

Configuration, surveillance and software update processes of MILSEC-4 terminals are carried out securely remotely using the Security Management Center (GYM). MİLSEC-4 terminal is capable of IP Network Key Loading (IPAAY) through secure communication with GYM without the need for an additional device.

MİLSEC-4 terminals are interoperable with MİLSEC-1A and MİLSEC-2 phones and offer the opportunity to replace MİLSEC-1A and MİLSEC-2 phones without interruption in the gradual transformation of PSTN networks to next generation IP networks.
