The Alışan Logistics consortium has proposed an artificial intelligence supported supplier management and financial planning project. Alışan Logistics works with around 40,000 sub-suppliers while providing transportation services. In the current situation, activities are carried out daily without any payment and financial money flow plans. In this case, no forward planning can be made, which sometimes causes serious problems in the flow of money.
In the project, it is planned to create a supplier segmentation infrastructure by using artificial intelligence. With this infrastructure, it is aimed to determine the quality criteria for service procurement and then to make the right financial money flow by planning.
