Dr. Ali GÖRÇİN

Dr. Ali GÖRÇİN currently serves as the President of TÜBİTAK BİLGEM. Taking on this role starting from the year 2020, Dr. GÖRÇİN also holds a position as an asistant professor at Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Department of Electronics Communication Engineering. He completed his undergraduate studies in the Department of Electronics Communication Engineering at Istanbul Technical University. Subsequently, he began his tenure as a researcher at TÜBİTAK MAM BTEA and completed his master's studies at Istanbul Technical University during this period.
Dr. GÖRÇİN, after a approximately 6-year period in his role at TÜBİTAK, went to the University of South Florida in the United States to pursue doctoral education in the field of wireless communications and completed his studies there. Following his doctoral education, he undertook various roles in the private sector in the United States. In 2016, he returned to Turkey and first started his duties at Yıldız Technical University, and later was appointed as the Vice President of Test and Evaluation at TÜBİTAK BİLGEM.
